Answer: A Virtual Brand is a restaurant concept that does not have a walk-in brick-and-mortar dining experience. Virtual Brands exists soley online for delivery-only.

Answer: Yes, we offer Pickup for orders placed online.

Question: Where are you located?

Answer: We are located at 2106 Wesley Stonecrest Circle, Lithonia, GA * 404-822-7040, serving local and nearby communities.

Question: What are your store hours?

Answer: Monday - Saturday; 8am - 8pm. Sunday; 12:30pm - 6:30pm.

Question: What areas do you serve?

Answer: We serve Lithonia and the neighboring areas: Stonecrest, (Panola Rd, Farmington Rd), Decatur (Wesley Chapel Rd, Sanpfinger Rd, Glenwood Rd, Columbia Drive, Memorial Drive, Moreland Ave, Flat Shoals Rd, Candler Rd, Avondale Estates), Conyers, Redan, Panthersville, Belvedere Park, Snellville, Stone Mountain, Tucker, and East Atlanta. 

Question: Do you comply with local health regulations, food safety standards, and business licensing requirements?

Answer: Yes, we follow health regulations, food safety standards, and business licensing requirements.

Question: Do you offer refunds?

Answer: All orders are made to order and once delivered cannot be refunded unless it was our mistake. Should you have any concerns about your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can address any issues promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

Question: Do you offer customer discounts?

Answer: Yes. We recognize and appreciate our loyal customers through our Store's Customer Loyalty Program on DoorDash, which rewards repeat purchases. We also offer Review Discounts for repeat customers that leave us a review on the DoorDash app and on Google. In addition, we offer In-App Promotions that provide customers with discounts or free items.

Question: Are you on any food delivery apps?

Answer: Yes. We have established an exclusive partnership with DoorDash and provide our delivery services solely through this trusted provider.
